My stay at Hyatt Regency Calgary was mixed. While the location was fantastic and the room was clean with an incredibly comfortable bed, I faced some service issues that left a sour taste. On the upside, the proximity to the concert hall and unique shops made exploring downtown a breeze. However, the frustrating experiences with the club lounge staff and the check-out process really dampened my overall impression.
